Each 10X10 includes (1) 6
ft table, 2 chairs, (1) waste basket and (1) 7"x44"
identification sign and two full registrations. The registration
form MUST be filled out for each full conference exhibitor. Additional
exhibitors must pay $125 and complete the same form. No exhibitor
will be registered with out the form.

Section IV: Payment Agreement
All payments must be received by April 1, 1999 after which all
unpaid reservations will be released for general sale. Total
booth cost is due with this contract to guarantee space. A service
charge of 50% will be applied to cancellations received before
May 10, 1999. No refunds for cancellations after May 10, 1999.
