To submit a presentation for consideration, please e-mail the following information to [email protected]:

Abstract (200-500 words)
Biographical sketch (250 word maximum)
Presenters Data Form (next page)

All submissions must be in MS Word. Please use the following file names:

Your first initial, last name, bio for biographical sketches (i.e. if your name is John Smith, the filename will be jsmithbio.doc)
Your first initial, last name, abs for abstracts (i.e. if your name is John Smith, the filename will be jsmithabs.doc)

Marketing/promotional presentations will not be considered.
Presentations may be limited to 20 minutes, followed by a question-and-answer period.
Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be invited to prepare presentations.
Final material must reflect information as described in the accepted abstract and must be original work.
The conference and exhibition are unclassified; classified papers should not be submitted.
After abstracts have been selected, authors will be notified and additional guideline materials will follow.

Please Note: One presenting author will receive complimentary admittance to the conference on the day of his/her presentation. Discounted registration for speakers who wish to attend the entire conference is $325. All authors will be recognized in conference publications.
