About This Conference
Information plays a critical role in combating terrorism and trans-national
threats. Network Centric Operations 2003 will be the one conference of
the year which will address the practical realities of using technology
to respond to the threats of today’s world.
Achieving and maintaining information superiority is a national
imperative. To achieve this we must think differently about what
must be done and by whom.
Foremost leaders in government and industry will discuss the
requirements, programs and challenges of using information technology
to defeat
enemies and secure the homeland.
This conference will look at the different approaches of becoming
network centric and will provide a forum for discussing network
centric funding, rationalization and convergence. It is designed
to provide attendees the opportunity to participate in dialogue
and to make recommendations for further activity.
