Purpose

This meeting of the I-CIDM Forum is to provide industry and government agencies and overview and update of efforts and initiatives that are critical to the development of an efficient authentication capability across diverse enterprises in a collaborative environment. The program will update you on work of the sub working groups of the Forum, and point to options for a way ahead for the issuance of digital certificates in accordance with Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 and DoD policy mandates.

By attending you will:

Understand security and authentication issues from an international perspective,

Learn what progress has been made to develop bridges amongst various PKI's,

Hear updates on DoD and Federal government initiatives in PKI, IA and biometrics.

The International Collaborative Identity Management Forum is a community with focused activity around authentication, trusted mechanisms and identity proofing and vetting. It is working towards a solution to the problem of identity authentication amongst participants in extended enterprises.

Lodging/Directions

The Holiday Inn has a limited number of rooms available for $143.00 per night plus tax. Individual room cancellations must be made by 6:00 pm on day of arrival to avoid a one night room and tax charge.

Cancellations, Substitutions, and Requests for Refunds

All cancellations, substitutions, and requests for refunds must be done so in writing. Substitutions are welcome! Registrants who are unable to attend the meeting must fax or email their cancellation or refund request to the attention of: Nicole Peterson at 703-522-3192 or [email protected] on or before November 3, 2004 . No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 5:00 PM EST this date. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows. A $75 administrative fee will be applied to ALL cancellations received before November 3, 2004 . If requesting a substitution, please indicate if payment (if already received by NDIA) is to be transferred to the new attendee, or refunded.

Identification Badges

Each attendee will be provided with an identification badge during on-site registration. This badge must be worn while attending the meeting. All attendees must present a valid, Government PICTURE I.D. (Driver's License), when picking up their badge. Conference badges are to be worn at all times during event.

(Uniform/Dress code) The appropriate dress for this meeting is business casual.

Industry/Civilian: Business Casual (open collar) Active Duty Military: Working Uniform (Class A) / (Modified Class B) or service equivalent
