Participate in DI2E Plugfest

Note: Participation as a DI2E Plugfest vendor is for U.S. companies and their U.S. employees. 

How do I get started?

 Outlined below are the listed participation fees for the technology showcase at DI2E Plugfest and Mashup.  Each vendor category outlines what is included in the booth package. 

All participants must have an account in order to select a booth or have one assigned as categorized below.
- Select in the E-Portal site navigation- Account: Login/Create - if you already have a password assigned from past participation that means you have an account. 
- Don't think you have an account?  Then scroll and select New Exhibitor and complete the account setup process. Once your company or PoC is entered a search window may populate showing an account may already​ be setup if unsure.
- Should you not see a related account, then continue completing the fields for your account setup.

Once completed, a confirmation window will appear with your "password" and a link is below to purchase your booth. You may also select buy a booth in the navigation at a later time.

*** All organizations/agencies participating must have a Vendor PoC to setup and manage their Account Profile
      through the Exhibit E-Portal.

There is no sharing of booth space for multiple companies. A company must contract for own space.
      The main hall is is the vendor technology showcase and is currently reserved for vendors
      in the Plugfest eXchange (PX) environment.


Exhibit Booth Fees and Dates 

*** April 12th - Final date to select an Exhibit booth for the Plugfest Exchange (PX) environment
*** May 10th - Last day to register and select an exhibit booth (non-PX booth participation)

Corporate: Industry and Academia
    Early booth fee -  $2,200.00 (thru February 29, 2016)
    Regular booth fee - $2,700.00 (March 1 – May 10, 2016)

Technology Industry: Small Business, New 2016

This 2015-2016 special fee is offered for New, Small Business Exhibit (PX Participant only) that have not participated in Plugfest.  Participation requirements are listed below. An account profile will need to be created so your booth preference may be assigned to your profile.

* New participant to DI2E Plugfest
* New Technology company doing business within last 5 years  
   (documentation required for eligibility of startup years 2010-2015)
* Five (5) openings available
* Only one booth space per company (booth placement is assigned)

Government PX Booth (2)
    There are a limited number of complimentary booth spaces allocated in the main lobby area of the technology showcase. A government defense agency with an exhibit booth for the PX environment will follow the setup as a small business exhibit booth package.

 PX Vendor participants includes:
»  Pipe and Drape provided for personal exhibit space and a company ID sign (7”x44”)
»  6’ skirted table, 2 chairs and one wastebasket
»  Company profile posted online
»  Company showcase of services and/or products
»  Electrical outlets provided per allotted booth space
   
Note: Additional electrical requests outside of the plugfest provisions will require additional payment.
     (Vendors should bring 1-2 power surge protectors and minimum of 15 ft. of extension cord)

»  Plugfest private network/wired connection; wireless also available
»  Booth placement required and given preference in the Vendor Showcase (Dewberry Hall)
»  Two (2) complimentary exhibit registrations for booth personnel, per booth space
»  Two (2) complimentary access to scheduled breakfasts and networking breaks
»  Two additional registrations available at a discounted rate of $175 each.

Non-PX Vendor Participants includes:
An Industry vendor, Government agency, or Academic Institution wanting to exhibit in the Vendor Showcase as a non-PX Participant (traditional exhibitor) will need to contact AFEI Exhibits POC. You will Create an account profile under ‘Account Login’ if not already done then your booth preference may be assigned.

»  A wireless Internet connection is provided
»  Tabletop or booth placement will be within the Dewberry Lobby area due to PX logistics
»  Two (2) complimentary exhibit registrations for booth personnel, per booth space
»  Two (2) complimentary access to scheduled breakfasts and networking breaks
»  Two additional registrations available at a discounted rate of $175 each.

»  Plugfest private network for PX participants through a wired or wireless connection; public wireless access also available
»  Booth placement will be assigned; placement to be determined within Dewberry (vendor showcase) or Dewberry Lobby area due to PX logistics
»  Two (2) complimentary exhibit registrations for booth personnel, per booth space
»  Two (2) complimentary access to scheduled breakfasts and networking breaks
»  Two additional registrations available at a discounted rate of $175 each. All other are purchased under attendee registration.


Registration for Exhibit Personnel
Booth space that your organization occupies at the DI2E Plugfest will be entitled to two (2) complimentary registrations, which account for your booth personnel.

Note: An additional two (2) personnel may be registered through the exhibitor portal by the Vendor PoC and pay the additional rate of $175.00 per person. This will include meal pass and additional chair at your booth. Chairs should not be removed from a neighboring booth. Any other persons after the four (4) total, may visit www.di2eplugfest.org (official event website) to register as an attendee through the NDIA Customer E-portal. Other websites are www.afei.org.

New Refund/Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Plugfest Exhibits POC. Due to the technical environment of the Plugfest development and implementation, cancellation refunds will be honored up to the tenth (10th) day from booth registration (i.e. booth booked 12/16 but decided to cancel on 12/26=100% refund of booth fee paid). After the tenth (10th) day, any cancellation refund will be less 50% of the total booth fee paid. No refunds will be honored for cancellations after Monday, February 29, 2016.

Refund policy also applies to the additional booth personnel (up to two only) that may have been booked. AFEI also reserves the right to relocate any exhibitor’s booth based on the logistics and safety of the exhibit floor. Should relocation be required, the exhibiting company will be contacted prior to the change. Any requests by an exhibitor to change booth space may result in a $100 change fee.

Miscellaneous
* Security will be provided for overnight watch for each evening of the technology showcase
* An Exhibits and/or Conference Badge is required for access to any above referenced benefit.
