Located in the Dewberry Hall and the Dewberry Hall Foyer

Teardown & Move-out
Thursday, June 2, 2016 after closing Mashup ceremony 4:30 PM

Show Colors: 
    Backwall Drape and Siderail Drape will be Green/White alternating panels

Electrical setup:
    Power allocation for each exhibitor is 500 watts.  Each floor port with the electrical outlet will be labeled with a booth number. Each exhibiting vendor may only use that labeled outlet. Should you have need for more power allocation it will need to be requested. An email has been sent to begin outlining your requirements.  An electrical request form will be available for all exhibit participants to complete and return via email.  Electrial form available April 2016

    All efforts are being worked with GMU on the power grid within the showcase areas (Dewberry and Dewberry Lobby).
    Vendor PoC's will be sent information notices regarding utilities and any power cords/surge protectors required at your booth.

Shipping Information:
    Please refer to the Exhibitor Services for detailed Information on how to process your shipping to and from the GMU Campus.  Brede Expo will be the contact for all freight for Move-in and Move-out.  Hand-carry of items is permitted.
