NICK KUZEMKA

Nick Kuzemka is the Corporate Director of Acquisition Management for the Lockheed Martin Corporation. Nick's responsibilities include leveraging Acquisition Initiatives and contracting best practices across the breadth of Lockheed Martin. He is responsible for such activities as the Integrated Digital Environment, Electronic Contracting and Electronic Business, Earned Value Management, the Single Process Initiative and the Lockheed Martin Corporate Management Council. Nick was previously the Corporate Director of Contract Policy for the Lockheed Corporation and served a term as the Chairman of the Aerospace Industries Association Procurement Techniques Committee. He also spent over 26 years in the Air Force in various policy making, contracting, legal, and program management assignments. These assignments include tours as the Director of Contracting for the Strategic Defense Initiative Organization and the assistant for Contracting and Acquisition Management in the Air Force Secretariat. Nick received his Juris Doctorate from George Washington University Law Center, his Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech; and his Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He is a graduate of the Industrial College of the Armed Forces and a member of the Virginia BAR.
