Washington, D.C. - Mid- and senior-level e-commerce managers engaged in transforming their business operations from the industrial age to the 21st century should mark their calendars to attend the 12th annual 21st Century Commerce Expo USA 1999, November 30 - December 2, 1999 at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California.
