Mr. Steve LoCicero is a Technical Fellow with Northrop Grumman Information Systems with 23 years of experience developing computer solutions in the Command and Control (C2) arena. He is the Technical Director for the NG JC2MS Operating Unit which is responsible for the production of GCCS-J, GCSS-J, and C2PC/JTCW.
Mr. LoCicero has worked as a software engineer and later systems engineer on many major C2 systems culminating in a lead architect role. Currently focusing on net-centric technology application to the C2 problem space, Mr. LoCicero is actively participating in the Net-Centric Command Capabilities (NECC) initiative out of DISA.
